  • Graduate of any course / High school or general equivalency diploma
  • High technical support orientation
  • Average to excellent English Communication Skills
  • Good problem – solving skills and focus on quality
  • Computer literate and with good web navigation skills
  • 1 year of database management / financial banking experience (BPO/NON-BPO)



Job Description:


  • Provide customer focused troubleshooting. Accurately assess customer’s product issue or problem
  • Research customer problems/issues to increase knowledge and familiarity with the supported product and provide the highest level of support possible
  • Deliver appropriate personnel a precise understanding of user’s issues when a problem/issue needs escalated to a member of the Implementation or Development team
  • Monitors incoming support tickets and resolves in accordance with client service level expectations
