Reviewed by ian barry, 2006-05-08 I have since setteled my problems with Aldrin Galang and have found out there was a problem with the change of laws,not entirley his fault,I have a firend who has purchased a property thru him , I will await to see the service he obtains.

Reviewed by ian barry, 2006-03-29 I have dealt with Aldrin in the purchase or 2 condos in the Makati area. he seems a nice guy but after paying for the taxes and transfer of title deed on one property we are still waiting 1 year later I have directed 3 friends not to deal with him which has cost him around 30 million in sales . I would advise any one to be very careful in dealings with him, we will be proceeding with legal action when we arrive in pi if this situation is not remmedied
