PROJECT CONCEPT
Crescent Park Residences is the 7th BTO (Build To Own System) project of G&W Architects, following the success of its
predecessors, Penhurst Parkplace, Kensington Place, The Grand Hamptons Tower 1, The Grand Hamptons Tower 2, The Sapphire Residences Tower 1, and The Blue Sapphire Residences Tower 2. Crescent Park Residences will adopt the multi-corner unit feature of the past towers and in addition to that, a new added element, the “elite wide front” will enhance the usability of one-bedroom units.

Complementing the beautiful buildings of Penhurst Parkplace and Kensington Place in the northwest side of Burgos Circle, the last piece of residential lot, which is around 1,998 sqm is where Crescent Park Residences rises.
