I see my retirement future running a very small shop in the Philippines. Nothing too shabby or high profile, just something small that will employ my fellow pinoys.  I got this idea when I visited this wine shop in Trinidad, Benguet (its right next to Baguio City) and the store's set up was so nicely arranged. I know it wasn't making any money but it looked really cool
