I train new hires for product specifics.  The whole nitty gritty.  If the company halts hiring, I watch for employees that's not practicing the English Only Policy around the office and hang them upside down. That's why they all love me Grin

Mau,

Sounds like you have a pretty interesting job. Smiley  Like a watchperson.  Hope you continue to post in here and share us your thoughts.

Yup. It's very interesting. Like the employees' mother villain  Grin i'm not sure if im doing a good job at it though.  i've been pretty lenient with them the past few days.

Anyways, I do check the forum every night when i'm not doing anything.  Just watching for topics im interested in and probably practice my people skills, if there's any left  Tongue

That's the hardest part of doig management type work.  There's always that line to be drawn somewhere.  If you start really enforcing the rules, your colleagues start thinking you're too uptight.  On the other side, management thinks you are not doing your job.

But yes please, do start topics whenever you can.  Maybe a fresh face will bring in more interaction. Smiley
