My dear Kababayans, Grin

It is the dream of Filipinos who go out of the country to have a house they can call truly their own. Sacrifices are made. They leave their loved ones behind, bound for a foreign land where they mingle with people of different cultures. Painful lives, traumatic experiences of nostalgia, and parsimonious way of living are the common complaints. However, they have one driving force at the back of their minds. It is the thought that after all such sacrifices, they will one day come back with a lot of money. And where should they put their money? Where else but on the most conservative and high-yielding form of investment known to man-PROPERTIES.
