http://www.ragapuzreview.com/news.php?id=262

and GAPUZ's Advertisement published in MANILA BULLETIN, JULY 30, 2006 (SUNDAY), C SECTION

KANINA KO LANG NABILI MANILA BULLETIN NEWSPAPER... SANA NABASA NIYO UNG ADVERTISEMENT NG GAPUZ..

NGAYON LANG TO NANGYARI sa GAPUZ!! VERY SUSPICIOUS INDEED!!!!!

Okay.. I guess this does cause some suspicion however you have to take into consideration a few other things.  Among them are:

- How many review centers are there out there as well as the number of review centers that were among the top ten.  Then based on that, you need to figure out the topnotcher ratio.  But then that too is not going to be conclusive enough considering that most students would tend to flock to the review center they feel woul give them the best review lessons for passing.

- The licensure board has always been staffed with people of questionable character.  Do you think this is the first time there's a leakage?  I'm sure it's not just in the nursing side but also on the other vocations.

I guess what I'm trying to point here is to take anything you read with a grain of salt.

Actually.. no one got caught yet.  And judging from historical data when dealing with situations like this, I'm sure this will just fade into obscurity much like the Hello Garci case and anything else.   Roll Eyes

lol.. no harm done.  and if you look at the newspapers now, there's nothing being said about this.  talk about fading into obscurity.  i guess it's just an accepted fact.
