I posted months ago the opportunity for anyone to make some extra cash from making referrals for our Condotel Developments in Manila and Cebu. The Lancaster Suites Manila, Lancaster Atrium Manila and Lancaster Cebu, Condotels....... Not one person replied.......

When the other Jun posted his letter on the forum pages back in June, looking for a Job... I employed him within a week.... since then he's completed several websites..... http://www.lancastersuites.com for Lancaster Condotels, http://www.plcglobalpinoy.com for out Condotel Webring, http://www.sicopropertyinvestments.com for one of my agents in London whom has contracted him to design another 3 websites, maintain them on a retainer basis, and we just had the go ahead from some friends in Florida to design their websites and host them in Cebu....... coz it's 200% cheaper than doing it in London or the US.......

I am going to build up a business for Jun so he's earning $1,500 a month by Christmas and not less than $2,500 a month by Easter next year........ so i guess this Forum should work..... of course that means people have to answer the posts.... specially those where we offer them the opportunity to make money ! ...

Then again, they are all sooooooooooo richie rich they dont need any additional income I guess.....

How many hours do you sit at your computer making “Pa Pogi” or “Pa Cute” on YM or Chikka Chat ?

Once we have confirmed the unit a simple Reservation Form and Buyer's Info Data Sheet is completed indicating desired terms of payment etc., and a Reservation Fee of U$500.00 for the unit [personal local U$ dollar check is ok] or by Bank to Bank Telegraphic Transfer, is then sent to Manila for deposit directly to our Escrow Trust Account with EquitablePCI Bank for Lancaster Suites Manila. Once we receive the reservation, a complete set of contracts are forwarded directly to the client by FedEx to be received by them within 14 days from receipt of payment for completion and thereafter sent back to Manila. Commissions/Referral Fees are then paid in full upon receipt of the 30% down payment or if a No-Down Payment plan on a pro-rated monthly basis. As the contracts are mostly U$ Dollar denominated, your fees are likewise paid in US Dollars and can be remitted directly to you in the US or Europe or deposited to any account per your instruction.
