SOFTWARE TEST TEAM LEAD
• The Software Test Team Lead’s main responsibility is to
lead a group of software testers in testing web-based
application. This involves project planning and scheduling,
working with Development to resolve product issues,
ensuring the test scope is sufficient, reviewing requirements
and design documents, writing and executing test
cases and documenting the results.
• At least 5 years experience in testing web-based
application.
• At least 2 years experience as a team lead or supervisor.
• Experience in Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience in test automation work.
• Knowledge in Windows networking and TCP/IP.
• MS/BS in Engineering, Computer Science or IT

SOFTWARE TEST ENGINEER
• The Software Test Engineer’s main responsibility is to test
web-based application. This involves working with
Development to resolve product issues, reviewing
requirements and design documents, writing and
executing test cases and documenting the results.
• At least 2 years experience in testing web-based
application.
• Experience in Microsoft SQL Server.

SENIOR PROCESS CONTROL/
AUTOMATION ENGINEERS
• Extensive years of experience on process engineering,
control system configuration, third-party integration and
startup of process control projects (4-5 yrs)
• Expertise in configuring or operating DCS, PLC, or SCADA
systems.
• Exposure to discrete and continuous or batch controls, PC
based MMI, Advanced Controls, Fieldbus or field instrumentation.
• Excellent spoken and written English; knowledge of other
foreign language (Spanish, Mandarin or Japanese) is an
advantage

TECHNICAL SUPPORT SUPERVISOR
• Work with other Technical Support Supervisor to build a
successful product support team and to supervise 10-15
technical support engineers in providing customers with
expert technical knowledge via phone and email on
Plantweb and Asset Optimization products.
BS/MS Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering,
Computer Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or other
technical degrees with the appropriate experience.
• Vibration Analysis Certification a plus
• 3-5 years of experience in Predictive Maintenance and/or
Vibration Analysis
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience
• 1-2 years experience in managing a call support
organization is highly desirable
• Detailed knowledge of Predictive Maintenance and/or
Vibration Analysis from at least one target industry – Oil
and Gas, Chemical, Refining, Pharmaceutical, or other fluid
process control industries
• Knowledge and experience engineering and/or operating
control systems
• Experience in plant or with system acceptance and
startup at customer sites
• Experience w/ field device calibration
• Experience with computer networking and basic
hardware (Ethernet), serial interfaces, routers, hubs etc.
• Experience with Microsoft Operating Systems, including
system set-up, application installation and computer
administration
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills;
ability to isolate and resolve technical issues

PRODUCT SUPPORT ENGINEERS
• Field service, telephone support, and/or customer service
experience performed using non-scripted resolutions and
trouble shooting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows operating systems,
networking, computer hardware and word processing.
• Understanding of basic vibration or digital signal
processing a plus.
• Working knowledge on process engineering, control
system configuration, third-party integration and startup
of process control projects
• Expertise in configuring or operating DCS, PLC, or SCADA
systems.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEERS
• BS degree in Engineering (Chemical, Electrical, Electronics,
Communications, Computer or other related
disciplines)
• At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing facility
(Chemical, Oil & gas, Pulp and Paper, Pharmaceutical) .
Experience in the area of process engineering, control
system configuration, third-party integration or startup of
process control projects is an advantage.
• Has an understanding of MS Windows and MS Office.
• Analytical ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical
issues.
• Has the ability to organize and prioritize many nonrelated
activities
• Has the ability to complete tasks in short time intervals.
• Excellent team player who is willingly to use team
resources to obtain answers in shortest possible time
• Excellent spoken and written English; Knowledge of other
foreign language (Spanish, Mandarin or Japanese) is an
advantage

SIMULATION ENGINEERS
• Background in power generation and experience in
Boiler/Turbine commissioning/ operation.
• Power related courses such as thermodynamics,
electrical machinery, steam turbine generators, or nuclear
power are a plus. More extensive experience in FORTRAN,
C,C++, Windows Operating System with Microsoft
products (Word, Excel), experience with other operating
systems such as Unix and other software applications also a
plus.Rudimentary knowledge of FORTRAN, C, C++
programming language is needed as a basis.

SOFTWARE TEAM LEAD
• Minimum six (6) years project management experience
working on small/mid-large size project development
teams (4-8 people)
• Minimum eight (Cool or more years of software experience
with Windows based software development (Windows XP,
Windows 2003 Server, Windows Vista)
• Experience with Microsoft Project.
• Visual Studio, Visual C++, C#, VB.NET, .NET Framework
2.0 – Windows forms, ASP.NET, ADO.NET.XML, Web
Services
• .NET Framework 3.0 – Windows Presentation Foundation,
Windows Communication Foundation, Windows
Workflow
• Experience with Microsoft Visual Source Safe or other
code control software

.NET DEVELOPERS
• At least 4 years software development experience
• At least 2 years recent software development experience
in the Microsoft Windows environment
• Visual Studio, Visual C++, C#, VB, VB.NET, .NET Framework,
ASP.Net, ADO.NET, XML, Web Services
• Experience with visual Source Safe or other code control
software

SENIOR C++ DEVELOPERS
• Design and code applications from specifications.
• Integrate and test applications and debug code based on
internal and user test results.
• Adhere to standards for coding and documentation.
• Assist in user training.
• Maintain released code.
• Thorough knowledge of machine-to-machine communication
standards, including web services (XML, SOAP,
WSDL, UML)
• Ability to integrate database applications into Microsoft
.Net using ASP.Net and ADO.Net
• Strong relational database skills including table design
and stored procedures in SQL; in-depth knowledge of SQL
Server
• Practical knowledge of WAN technology
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Visual Studio
• Operational knowledge of SNMP protocol and familiarity
with industrial protocols (BACNet, ModBus)
• Five or more years software development experience and
two or more years experience implementing web services

• Graduate of a BS/MS degree in Social Sciences, Business
Administration or other related degrees
• 7 or more years experience in HR/admin or related role in
a high tech organization
• Sound understanding of HR disciplines, including
employment agreements, stakeholder relationship
management, grievance management and dispute
resolution, performance management and communications.
• Strong organizational and relationship management skills
and ability to leverage these skills and recognize existing
and new opportunities of benefit to the organization
• Strong employee relations experience in HR and ability to
deal with high stress and crisis situations.
• Proven analytical thinking capabilities to anticipate
obstacles and to think ahead about next steps. You are
effective at influencing structuring an idea or proposal in
such a way as to engage agreement and have an organizational
understanding to describe and navigate existing
work, organization and power structures.

DCS TEST ENGINEER – CONTRACT
• The DCS Test Engineers’ main responsibility is to test, as a
user, new releases of DeltaV process automation system.
This involves setting up control systems, simulation of plant
control scenarios, writing and executing test cases and
documenting the results.
• At least 3 years experience in using any of the major
DCS/SCADA product.
• Experience in plant startup/commissioni ng, operation
and/or systems integration/ engineering.
• Knowledge in Windows networking and TCP/IP.
• MS/BS in Engineering
• To the right candidate, we are offering an initial contract
of 2 years with possibility of extension. Pay rate is
commensurate to skill level and experience
