For those who may be interested, there is a web site that is full of information for a nurse that wants to work in the US. The web site is: www.aafen.org

It is the web site of an association of International nurses, but it has a list of nurse recruiters, English schools, and companies that give reviews for the CGFNS and NCLEX. You don't have to be a member to look at the information its all free!
