Hey you all..

I'm pretty sure most of you are aware about this.  Maybe some of you can even discuss more about the implications of registering to be an overseas absentee voter.

Any takers?

by implications you meant that waiver of declaring the registered voter would to go home within 2 years? well the comelec has omitted that provision.

And that's what so stupid  about this whole thing.  By releasing the major news that OFWs can vote, it earned the respect of the Filipino community.  The news about having have to go home within two years makes an OFW reconsider the decision to vote.  It's a catch-22 thing.
