Junior Rental Agent (Real Estate)

Background:

Our company has been established for a number of years managing properties for rent in The Fort and Makati area. The company is at a point where their current infrastructure is bursting at the seams and potential rental clients are not being served adequately. One of the main areas of concern is the handling of the daily enquiries by prospective renters.

Responsibilities:

- Schedule appointments with potential clients for viewings
- Follow up potential rental clients in a timely manner
- Facilitate closing process of a rental unit
- Communicate any closing related issues to the Senior Broker
- Communicate any communication or process issues to the Project manager
- Add client status & comments in the Client tracker
- Communicate with the Client Rep on a daily basis to share your schedules
- Attend a weekly staff meeting

Qualifications:

- College graduate preferred
- Excellent speaking and written communication in English & Tagalog
- 1 years experience with foreign customers
- Proven ability to track, manage and follow-up client status
- Proven ability to close the deal (Can ‘own’ the situation between unit owner and client)
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel & Google Docs
- Likes to work independently
- Like to be busy (high volume of work daily) and active (all units are located within walking distance of each other within the Fort).
-Wants to achieve financial success through providing service to others
-Reports to the Project Manager

Compensation:

The harder you work the more you make. One of our Junior agents recently made commissions in the six figures. Yes, there will be a ‘cushion’ very basic base salary for the first few months.
