Wanted! Real Estate Broker

We are looking for a broker who can assist us to look for a client who can rent to our condo unit. Details of the condo unit can be seen with this link: http://katiemilro.multiply.com/photos/album/41/NEW_CONDO_UNIT_FOR_RENTNear_Ortigas_Eastwood_SM_Pasig_Tiendesitas.

The Condo Unit is located at Murray Blgd, Riverfront residences, Pasig City. Developer is DMCI.

If whoever broker can look for a client to rent and have him/her signed a contract for rental (good for 1 year)then an equivalent of 1 month rental fee (minimum of P13000, maximum of P25000) will be automatically paid to the broker. Plus additional incentive will be given (might be additional Php3000-Php5000) if a broker can look for a client and closed a deal within a period of 1 month from the date that this add is posted, that would be between July 4-August 4, 2009. And of course, additional incentive again if a broker can convince a client to sign a contract good for 2 years stay.

A broker should be a bonafide one. He or she is connected to a company of real estate or an independent. Must have at least 2 IDs. Preferably but not required, brokers who work in DMCI who know the project Riverfront Residences for proper inputs to the clients.
