I.        Acquiring business permits and licenses (DTI Registration, Mayor’s Permit, BIR)

II.     Discussion on balloons (tips on brand, types, sizes, characteristics)

III.   Necessary equipment /materials (compressor, small manual pump, cliché, ink brush, ink, readymade stamp pad logos, sticks and caps, fishing line, rugs)

IV.  Hands on (printing on the balloon, making the design - pot balloon, flower, arch and pillar)

V.     Sources of materials
