III.      Personnel and personnel hygiene (masseurs, massage attendants, sauna bath attendants, operators, other personnel)

IV.     Structural requirements (floors, walls, ceiling, lighting, ventilation, change rooms, reception rooms, massage rooms, sauna bath rooms, other floor spaces)

V.        Sanitary facilities requirements (toilet bath and hand washing facilities, water supply, food and drinks, sewage disposal and drainage, solid waste management, vermin control)

VI.     Evaluation and inspection (responsible officer, sanitation inspection fee, mission order, uniform of the inspector, recording of inspection, report of inspection, reinspection, service of notice, revocation of permit, suspension of permit, appeals, power of entry, hearing)
