Coordinator / Trainer

ONLINE ESL SCHOOL is a growing ONLINE ENGLISH ACADEMY catering to Korean students of all ages. This International company has been servicing Korean clients for more than 10 years now. To date, ONLINE  ESL SCHOOL , has more than 500 satisfied students and still growing. The company is currently looking for Coordinator / Trainer who can be part of the company's expansion this year.

Responsibilities:

• RECRUITING

  • Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.

  • Filing of documents

  • Preparation of Contracts

  • Collate letters from teachers and file under 201 Record

• TRAINING

  • Conduct employee orientation training

  • Prepare handouts for trainees

  • Prepare forms and documents needed for training

  • Create training modules

  • Research on other tasks related to training

  • Facilitate the Saturday meetings with teachers

  • Coordinate LOA's and Schedules of teachers/students

Requirements:

• Preferably 28 to 40 years old

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.

• With Neutral or Standard American accent

• Have a good command of the English language

• Proficient in the use of computer

• Ability to communicate professionally with all levels of management

• This position requires initiative, motivation, creativity and ability to understand many areas of expertise.

• Must be patient, flexible and dynamic in teaching Koreans of diverse background

• Applicants must be willing to work in Mandaluyong.
