The gate, fence, garage and landscaping are even provided and all interior finishes are complete.


Attached are the actual pictures of the model unit. We have few ready for occupancy units and only 10% downpayment plus Php 14,000 misc. fee to
move-in. Also Available thru Bank and Pag-IBIG financing but the required downpayment is
30%.
