The cost for a 200 sq.m lot is Php 973,555.68. The cost of constructing the Lincoln House model is Php 5,074,913.00 for a total of Php6,050,468.68. There are other lots available with different sizes including those in Brighton Parkplace North, so the total price can change depending on the lot you buy. We also have lots available for lot-only-purchase. Please note that there are also miscellaneous fees for the processing of the land title and other documents.
