Location: Valenzuela City, , Philippines
HR Manager
Must have a strong background knowledge in different facets of HR (Recruitment, Organizational and Learning Development, Compensation Benefits, Employee Relations) and other admin related tasks
QUALIFICATIONS :
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Master’s degree in Human Resource Management preferred, with background knowledge in Labor Laws
• 3-5 years as a Human Resources Professional and management role
• Must have proven, full-cycle recruiting abilities to be able to lead by example
• Experience working in a “hands-on” leadership role
• knowledgeable in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Advanced report writing skills and strong orientation to detail is required
• Excellent platform and training & orientation skills
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
