C# .Net Developer

The Software Developer will be reporting to the Head of Operations in Manila while working in parallel with our Australia-based Solutions Architect team. The position will play a key role in building a solution for the Operations team, and will provide development support to our client's transformation project team. Building on the Microsoft .Net platform, the Software Developer will develop innovative software solutions as a part of the transformation program of works.

Software Developer – Applications

This specific role will work on the development of applications for Client Management and/or Case Management solutions.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Actively participate in sprint planning and estimation
• Design and develop solutions as per defined requirements
• Create technical specifications and test scripts
• Perform unit, system and integration testing
• Document developed solutions
• Work as part of an agile development team

GENERAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering or related field
• With 3-5 years of extensive development experience developing software solutions using C# .NET
• Advanced knowledge and experience in MS SQL Server 2008/2012
• Strong technical experience with Visual Studio 2010+, Visual Studio Online and TFS
• An understanding of Agile project environment and experience in working as part of Agile development teams

• Experience with mobile application services and frameworks preferably Ionic, and/or others such as Sencha Touch, Kendo

• An experience in software development within a legal or processional services environment is highly favorable

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must have strong attention to detail
• A commitment to client service and a flexible can-do attitude to respond to client and business needs
• Applicants must be willing to work in Ayala Avenue, Makati City on an early morning shift

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE:

• Development experience in the following technologies:
  • MVC 3 or above or  ASP.NET experience
  • Web API
  • WCF
  • SQL Server 2008+
• Development experience with the following systems and frameworks:
  • Microsoft Dynamics AX
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Microsoft SharePoint
  • Office 365
  • Azure Technologies (AD, Services, Service Bus)
  • K2 BlackPearl
• Client side and user interface development experience with the following:
  • HTML
  • JavaScript
  • JavaScript frameworks (angularjs / jquery)
  • CSS
• Experience with cross platform mobile development would be considered highly favorable (PhoneGap/Cordova)
