4. Should possess pleasing personality
5. Should be outgoing and extrovert , free spirited
6. Willing to work including sunday and holidays
7. Wth fair complexion
8. Fluent in English , tagalog or (optional :  chinese or japanese language)
9. With good handwriting
10 Must be familiar with Computer Works and Internet surfing and E-mailing
11. with or without experience is welcome

Benefits :

1. Have starting Slary of Php 10k a month
2. No time In -Time out Policy
3. After 1 month , salary after selling 1 unit of condominum is raised to 12.5 k a month
4. Commission is 3 percent
5. Incentive is 8 k per unit sold
