ONE MACKINSON PLACE is a newly renovated building with 31 big rooms with 50 toilet and showers combined. 8 car garage plus 4 parking space in front.

The dormitory type hostel can accommodate up to 300 pax ideal for group sleeping quarters for team building, field trips, seminars, ojt, reviewees, trainees.travellers and backpackers.The location of the building is near in all trades: Bank, School, Laundry Shops, Church, Gasoline Stations, Market, Food Chains, Spa, Gym etc.

Our address is #82 Road 3 (near 7-11 Road 8) Project 6 Quezon City beside St. Anne de Beaupres School Extension formerly Llamas School.

Sharing rate (with other guest)

P250.00/day/head in Fan Room Sharing Communal Toilet and Bath

P350.00/day/head in Air-con Room Sharing Communal Toilet and Bath

For Non-sharing rate

P450/day for Non-Sharing Bedspace Air-con Rooms

P350/day for Non-sharing Bedspace Fan Rooms

P500.00/day/head in Air-con Room with Private T/B available in the 6th floor (Stairs)

Rate is on a per head basis in-case the room would be used by more than one person.

Air-con time is 7pm. to 11 a.m. except check in day.

Inclusive of Bed, Mattress, Pillow, and Blanket, Water, and Electricity. Please bring own towel.

With minimum security deposit of P500.00/person if staying 7 days or less and P 1,000.00/person for a week stay P2,000 for more than 2 weeks stay.Security Deposit refundable upon check out if no other accountability.

Check in time: 2PM onwards (pls. notify if coming later than 10 PM)

Check out time: 12 Noon

* In excess of Check out time - P50/hour additional charge

*We can also accommodate “Early check in - Early check out” - Subject to availability

*Cancelation should be made at least 2days before check-in. If less than 2 daysor no show, reservation payment is not refundable. If 15 pax  or more, cancellation should be done 5 days before, otherwise any payments made is not refundable.
