Passenger Lifts
These are the most common type of the lift used in the buildings. Buildings which have more than five floors generally have these types of lifts. Passenger Lifts usually come in all sizes as per the carriage loads. The lifts come from ten people up to twenty five normally. The apartments and flats, lifts in shopping mall and other high rise buildings all use this kind.

Residential Lifts
These are another kind of lifts used in the houses usually. Residential Lifts are very small type of lifts than the regular lifts. They are used inside houses which can contain passengers of three and maximum to five. They usually are installed near the stairs along with its shape. Some residential lifts open to foyers. These lifts can be installed inside or outside the house and also controlled with a remote.

Cargo Lifts
Cargo Lifts are lifts used for the purpose of shifting and carrying good and cargos. These are lifts that has higher capacities to carry weights. They are usually used in restaurants, stores, companies, flats etc.to carry heavy loads.

Double-Purpose Lifts
These are lifts which is used commonly in malls, hospitals, flats and companies. This is a kind of lifts which is built for both passengers as well as for cargo purpose. They are made with maximum capacity to carry people. They are quite larger when compared to other types of lifts. They are built with safety with smooth floors and handles to hold on to and ventilation. This kind is also used for residential purpose.

Service Lifts
These are lifts used for service purpose in buildings. These are usually used by the workers and staffs in the company as well as used to transfer goods in the building. You might have seen this kind of lifts in flats to transfer goods or in supermarkets to carry the stocks by staffs etc. Thus this lift can carry maximum weight. This is used commonly like the passenger Lifts.
