Senior Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Processing of monthly accounts payable invoices.
• Review and coordination of monthly payroll process.
• Journal entry preparation as part of month-end close process.
• Preparation of monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations and analysis.
• Liaise with external accounting firm to coordinate VAT and other tax filings.
• Liaise with external auditors to complete statutory audit and filing.
• Preparation of ad-hoc reports.
• Preparation and completion of other projects and tasks that may be required from time-to-time.
  
  

 Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting
• Solid understanding of US GAAP
• 5+ years of applicable accounting experience
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Strong analytical and organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Independent and thorough problem solving skills
• Strong computer skills including Excel
• Ability to function effectively as a team member with other employees
