is the unit available for short term rent, i.e. 3 months, extendable by 01 June? ty. Can see view by thursday?

Thanks for your enquiry. Yes it s available for short term, minimum lease is 1 month. However you can not view it at the moment coz it is occupied until mid of June.However I can give you confirm dates by end of May. The offer now is only Php 35K all inclusive except electricity.
