We are looking for minimum 2 months rental, Its 1 bedroom fully furnished, contemporary design, 24 hrs security, landline & wifi, cable tv,swimming pool, tennis court,single or couple preferred P38K/mo for 6 mos & above lease, association dues included.For less than 6 mos lease P45K including all utiliy bills & association dues.
