Please inform me ASAP if it's still available, I'm very much interested in renting your place. If I decided to stay for 6 months, do I still have a discount from 11k? I'm confused. How short is short term? I thought it's 11k monthly. Please clarify, thanks.

Dear Ms. Carol,
Short-term means minimum rent is 1week to 3 months rent, usually customer from abroad having their holiday in philippines are renting this term because a lot cheaper than staying in hotel.
Long-term minimum rent 6months with a contract, 2 months advance, security deposit, and post-dated checks.
I'm sorry madame, this is a condominium which has high-standard quality of furnishings. Hope you understand now the difference. Thank you.
