Hi Carl. You can check my good friend's condo. Very good location. Its in G.A. Tower 1 in Boni, Edsa. Fully furnished ito. He used to have this rented for 20k per month. Actually for sale talaga ito. If you might consider buying a condo at a good good price in the middle of a progressive hub, kindly consider his property. His price is so reasonable. Money-back lang kasi ok na sa kanya. Also, he is giving his furnishings worth P100+K all for free. Medyo in need kasi siya ngayon coz binaha sila ng family niya last Typhoon Ondoy dun sa house nila sa pasig. Nasa san pablo na sila ulit ngayon. His unit is a good good buy. If pag-aaralan mo scheme payment ng condo niya, mura siya. P2.9M na kasi ngayon yung GA Tower 2. Pareho lang ng unit niya sa Tower1.
