We have a promo now for Palo Verde until Feb 28, 2009. Ive listed below a sample computation of the promo (Like Rent To Own). All units are dressed up upon turnover. Meaning all you need to do is bring in your furnitures. Units come with a two yr warranty period.
1 bedroom with utility area (Unit Area 41sqm)
List Price: Php 2,503,000
Titling Fee: Php 100,120 (Paid to the Gov't)
1st 10% Downpayment: Php 250,300.00
Less Reservations: Php 20,000.00
Net Downpayment: Php 230,000.00
Opt to spread by 3 months : Php 76,666.67
Plus 50% titling fee spread by 3 mnths: Php16,687
TOTAL PAYMENT: Php 93,533.67/month
(Move-In 30 days upon clearing of 10% downpayment)
2nd 10% Downpayment: Php 250,300
Spread by 12 months(no interest):Php 20,858.33/mo
Balance 80%: Php Php 2,002,400
10 yrs to Pay: Php 37,379.28/month

JUst sending you an update with regards to Palo Verde in Mandaluyong.
The minimum downpayment of 10% can now be spread for 6 months without interest. You could move in after 6 months. The the next downpayment is spredable by 12 months no interest as well.
