Yes available pa po and pwede sa PAGIBIG, IN-HOUSE FINANCE, or BANK. Please call me tomorrow morning at 09166938549 since I will be going to the site of East Residences Ortigas, I'll be happy to meet u there with Ed Naranja the broker my father-in-law as well.
