Is Suntrust Parkview already ready for occupancy?

Yung 30% downpayment is payable in 42 months at zero interest di ba? then the balance could be paid through pag-ibig or in-house financing?

Hi! Actually, the DP term has shorten to 40 months already. Apologies for not having been able to update my ad. No, Suntrust Prkview is not yet Ready for Occupancy. And Yes, the balance may be financed through In-House, Bank or Pag-IBIG Financing (up to 3M only)
