also please advise will I be able to purchase with 0 down and how much the monthly will be.

Hi! The Total Contract Price less the Reservation Fee will be deferred to 40 months installments at Zero Interest if you like No Down / no Loan. Price will vary according to floor level. But at min. for example, in a 2BR unit in 3/F, the monthly would be around 51K/mo for 40 months, afterwhich the unit will be turned-over to you, clean of any loan. Zero (0%) DP or 100% Loan is not offered in the Philippines. A certain percentage of equity is always required. For Ready for Occupancy units, at least 10% DP or equity will do. Thanks!

Is there a monthly association fee after the unit is turned over to me?

Yes, but that has yet to be determined. The Assoc Due is a standard fee (in any condo) used for the maintenance of the common areas enjoyed by all the residents.
