For Belton Place (Pasong Tamo cor. Buendia) 1BR - 29.05 sqm. cost 2.4M. For Studio-21sqm. cost 1.6M. We combined units to make it 2BR flat unit. Payment terms can be 10% down or 20% down then 40% is payable until Dec 2011.And 40% is upon turn-over.
