how i can get a new flat at sm residences?how much for the down payment and montly for 2 bedroom?

thank you for your inquiry with sm residences. just by placing your reservation fee of php 25,000 and issuance of valid IDs, we would be able to hold and purchase your preferred unit/s. minimum downpayment is at 5% at 0% interest; for some sm residences project, we offer a no downpayment option at 0% interest.
