What percentage of units are already sold at SM Jazz?

I'm wondering kung ilang percentage ng units are already sold...

@Tomaso: Hi, good day! Thank you for your inquiry. Jazz Residences have 4 towers. The first tower was already turned over and the remaining 3 would be done by this year until 2016. Have you seem our units? Or would you prefer a newer project so that prices are more competitive? Thank you.

@Tomaso: jazz residences 2br with balcony starts at 6.2M depending on the floor and view. Can I get ur email add so I could send u an actual computation?
