ahm.. for rent lang po ba ito?

ahm, pede po bang magsend kayo sakin ng sample ng payment terms sa sun residence? at, rent to own po ba to? or pedeng rent lang tlga? sa studio unit po ba, ilan ang max? thanks po!  visible only to poster - login to see  :)

Hi Leanne,

Sun Residences would start its turnover next year, 3rd qtr 2013. What unit would you be interested at? Studio, 1BR or 2BR unit? This is a pre-selling property from SMDC but the payment terms that we have are similar to a rent to own. No need to pay 100% for you to use the unit. Studio could be occupied by 4 people max.
