hi, could you please help me find a condo with monthly payment of less than 9k, no down payment and if possible no reservation fee?

Prefer studio or 1 bedroom unit in makati or mandaluyong as much as possible near alphaland. Move in after 3 months, thanks.

Sir/ ma'm, you might consider availing another condo unit to live in, or perhaps for investment. Condos are good investment because its value keeps rising and you can easily have it rented in the future.
