hello mam nancy! daily rate is at php 5,000 but this is still negotiable. i would suggest you just avail of the 4-week stay (1month rent) then we just consider the additional 2-week stay as daily rate. in such case, price would be cheaper. price is still negotiable don't worry..

sea residences is literally fronting mall of asia complex.
