Used Hydraulic Oil Filtration and Regeneration System

This hydraulic oil filtration system is special for purifying all kinds of lubricating oil such as the Engine oil, hydraulic oil, mechanical oil, coolant oil, gear oil, heat treatment oil and so on. According to the lubricating oil´s nature, this machine can rapidly remove water, gas, particulate matters and impurities from lubrication oil, so guarantee lubricating system of machine to work properly and prolong lifetime of machine.

This machine, manufactured by Chongqing Zhongneng Oil Purifier Manufacture Co Ltd, has automatic infrared liquid-level, safeguard pressure, and temperature control systems.The purifier is capable of breaking emulsification and offer coalescing separation and vacuum dewatering along with a FH rectangle filtering system. It features Zhongneng's technology with HPM high molecule absorption material. The hydraulic lubricating oil treated by this machine contains a very low emulsification value, water content and impurities allowing it to be used in precise hydraulic lubricating equipment. This series can also degas, dewater, and remove impurities and volatile matter (such as ethyl alcohol, gasoline and ammonia). It can improve oil quality, restore lubricating oil viscosity, augment flash point and improve operational performance. Usually, most waste lubricant oil just contaminated with water, gases and kinds of impurities when it was used on machines, some are emulsified and change its color into white, looks abnormal from new oils. Anyway, this kind waste oil still can be reused after purified with our TYA series oil purifier. It adopt advanced technology for combination of coalescing separation and vacuum dewatering, to get the high precise of water and gas content.
