Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Provides customer service support by obtaining, analyzing and verifying the accuracy of order information in a timely manner. Initiates and/or implements corrective action as needed in order to ensure that an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained. 


QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Must have a great speaking & understanding of English. 
• Must have excellent English communication and Interpersonal skills. 
• Internet and computer savvy, knowledgeable in MS Office applications 
• At least 6months of working experience in BPO/Call Center 
• Highly-analytical and excellent problem solving skills. 
• Internet and computer savvy, knowledgeable in MS Office applications. 
• Graduate of any 4-year course or Finish at least 2nd year of college education but with at least 6 months call center experienced. 
• Willing to work on a graveyard shift. 
• Willing to work in Imus, Cavite 
• Full-time positions available.
