this is the continuation i forgot something, i want 2 know if the P4.M if it is the bank who will finance how much is the interest of that P4M, and how much i must pay to the bank everymonth for 10 years? can i have a little bit computation, because i am not aware of the bank interest especially there in our country.thank you.

for a sample computation, if you loan 4M payable in 10yrs. your monthly ammort. will be between 55K-60K at 12% per year. For requirements, if OFW, 1.)Passport (photocopy) 2.) Job Contract specifying date started and term 3.) Special Power of Attorney (Authenticated by our Embassy). 4.) 1x1 pictures.5.) Bank Statements/Proof of Remittance.
