I would like to inquire about chateau de regina, Can you provide flexible terms for the DP and can this be applied to PAGIBIG also?

pwede naman pong thru pagibig ang chateau de regina. pag thru pagibig mas malaki ang cash out or downpaymnent ng borrower, usually 40 to 60 percent or 45/55 percent ang ina-approve ng pagibig. then personally kayo po ang magfa-file sa pagibig. we have other project na flexible ang term ng down payment like East Forbes Mansion (near Marquinton & Roosevelt College Cainta) 2.8M ang total contract price, 30% down payment and 18mos. to pay, 3 bedrooms, 2 toilet and bath with carport, 1maid's room, terrace, lawn, service area. 71sq.m - lot area and 85sq.m - floor area.
