Sir Henry,

Thank you for your inquiry. yong townhouse po sold out na pero meron po isang single detached na house and lot within the same location and still part of Primavera Homes. The price is P5.3 million and Ready for Occupancy. I know your budget is only P3 million. Pero kung gagamitin po ninyo ang Pagibig Financing. maybe you can avail of it. Pwede po ninyo i-maximize yong equity or down payment ninyo and apply the balance thru Pag-big. You can use maybe 15 or 20 years period to pay the balance. Pagibig can give a loan up to 3 Million if you qualify.

We will be having another project by the end of the year in Muntinlupa Bayan area. Magsisimula pa lang po. Its also another Primavera Homes Project. The price of townhouses will be below P2 Million. But you still have to wait for a while kung hindi po Ready For Ooccupancy ang requirement ninyo.

gud pm sir...di ko nman kaya sir yung 5M ksi sa lucena din kme natira gusto ko lang magkaron ng house na malapit sa manila..if ever magkaroon kayo ng proj. pksend details...tawag me sau pag nsa pinas na ko sa nov..tnx po...khit po lot na 100 to 120 sqm..tnx po..

Hi Sir Henry,
I will be sending you the things you mentioned once i get them complete ( floor plans, pictures etc) For the terms :
For Bank financing Down Payment is 20% of the contract price. For In-house financing Down Payment is 15% of Contract price.
For Cash payment we give 8% discount. By the way this is a repossessed unit and it will be repaired ( if there are parts to be repaired ) and repainted when turned over you. So it will be like new when turned over to you. Will send you a more detailed computation if you can give me what kind of financing and terms you would prefer.
