We are a mobile phone company searching for an Accountant who has a minimum work experience of 4-5 yrs. Possess Bachelor's Degree or higher degree in Accountancy or Finance. CPA is a plus. Highly detailed and organized in work. Ability to meet deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to act and operate independently with minimum daily direction to accomplish objectives. Proficiency in email and MS Office application. Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management to maximum performance, creativity, problem solving and results.Candidate who can can join immediately within a short notice are preferred. Salary will be based on the relative experience and background.

The following in a broad description of main functions of responsibility:

1.) Record sales and respective receipts from customers 2.)Prepare LPO, record purchases,payments and supplies 3.)Record payroll transactions and payments to employees 4.) Record accruals and due payments. 5.)Prepare, record bank reconciliation,payments and charges respectively 6.) Recording of petty cash transactions, 7.) Maintain general filing system.8). Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules according to monthly close schedules. 9.) Analyze revenues, commissions, expenditures to ensure they are recorded appropriately on a monthly basis 10.) Facilitate and complete monthly close procedures,etc...
