We will be constructing a call center in Makati shortly. Here are the specifications we seek:

PEZA-accredited facility
150SM to 250SM
Budget of approx. 75k per month
Space should be fitted (i.e. Flooring, ceilings, AC, etc. in place)
Building should have adequate back-up generator(s)
24/7 access

We would prefer the building to be in the Makati CBD (Ayala, Buendia, Makati Avenue, Legaspi or Salcedo Village). We do not presently require parking, although a public parking option for our employees would be convenient.

It is possible that we will be expanding on a schedule similar to the following:

October 2010 150SM (30 seat contact center)
June 2011 300SM (60-100 seat contact center)
October 2011 500SM (200 seat contact center)

If possible, we would like our initial space to be able to allow for expansion to contiguous units within the same facility or complex.
