You may try this one: Erase all Cookies on your browser.
Give your router a 30-second off break.
Turn on. Try again. It might work.

Great tip... thanks!

I used to get around 200kbs on average.. then all of a sudden down to below 50kbps the past few months. I tried your suggestion and I see some improvement back up to 200kbps. Thanks bro!

@Ten10: Torrent is not illegal. What illegal depends on what you download. For example if it is copyrighted material such as movies. But in the Philippines I guess it doesn't matter what you download. =).
