Hi! I'm interested to buy an residential lot in Isla Verde, would you be able to email me the cheapest lot 500sq.m. if there's anything left. Also pls. email me the subdivision plan. PLS. REPLY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE BECAUSE I'M COMING DOWN TO MANILA TO SEE CHRISTIAN MISSION CHURCHES. Thanx i will appreciate your prompt response.

Sir Deody, thank you for your inquiry. Yes, there are still available lots for sale at 500 sqm lot size. The price is P3,288/ sqm. but there might be some price adjustment by June. Sir I will send you the subdivision map later coz I don't have the file right now. By the way when are you coming to manila. You might want to make a side trip to batangas to see the project.I can schedule a tripping for you to the verde island. thanks and good day!
