REQUIREMENTS:
->Must be at least 18 years old
->Excellent command of the English Language

->ESL/EFL/ELT Teaching experience and knowledge in Mandarin is an Advantage

->TESOL/TEFL certification is a BIG PLUS

->Driven,highly motivated and can work with minimal supervision

->Excellent interpersonal skills and strong work ethics  

Additional Requirements:
->Availability to teach 5 days a week, especially from 7pm-11pm

->wired DSL connection with speed of at least 3mbps, laptop/desktop with Windows OS, wired webcam and headset, UPS, back-up power and ISP (for areas prone to power and internet outages)

->Quiet environment conducive to learning

->Computer proficiency is expected.

WORK SCHEDULE:
Part time: Availabe from 
7pm-11pm, 5 days/week Philippine time

Full time: Available from
2pm-11pm, 5 days/week Philippine time
