We are a real estate marketing company led by Engr. Reichard ‘REI’ Chavez. Earlier in his career, he started as an engineer, had his share of management and leadership training in multinational companies 2-Japanese and 1-Korean. His most significant achievement with a team was in his last employer where he made significant improvements in preventing outflow products reach the customers thru assembling a team for proper inspection and packaging (Quality Assurance). Achieving thru one’s personal actions is good but achieving it thru a team is way much better and requires a skill and intentionality.
