Hi I got ur reply I could tell my sisters about this and may I know if we give the deposit and at time we check out how can we get back any refund after the sum of the power and water were deducted would you give us back the refund on the day we are leaving?In what name we can send the deposit can we send it by door to door. Thank you

We have to wait for the bills to arrive and compute the bills based on our stay. We usually give back the excess to the relatives living here for those who reside outside the Phils. If you have relatives here you can send the payment to them and we can meet up with them so they can check out the unit and we can sign a lease agreement.

Hello In that 2 bedrooms what size of the bed in 1st room and do you have a double bunks bed in the 2nd room, coz there are 2 teens boys will be staying and as they are not use of sleeping together in one bed. Could you reply soon as you get my email and yeah we have siblings over there and we may contact them to do the payment and check the room. Thank you
